Areas of use
In many areas today UPS systems are indispensable.
Whereas in the past only the most essential installations were protected against mains failure by a UPS system, nowadays their compact design, cutting edge technology and low prices mean that they are used to protect all vulnerable components and all components needed for problem-free processing. In the meanwhile, banks, printing offices, computer and logistics centres, broadcasting houses and so on are no longer conceivable without UPS systems. We can offer you the right system for all power output ranges and for all applications.

The NRG-TEC L(arge) is available in 6, 8 and 10 kVA power ratings. This new series features an online dual transformer configuration which enables it to meet the requirements of protection class VFI-SS-111. As well as in this online dual transformer configuration, the systems can also operate in generator and free-running modes. In developing this entirely new technology, our designers focussed particularly on compactness and high availability. The output voltage of the NRGTEC L series is sinusoidal. All the units in this series can also be operated without problem in Green mode, increasing their efficiency to over 98 %.
This series is adapted to the NRGSTAR plus series. The systems in the NRGTEC L series can be operated in online mode , though they can also be operated using the supplied software in Green mode.
The advantage of this mode is its low energy consumption. The UPS systems in this series also feature a so-called free-running mode. This means the input frequency can be set to a range between 45 and 65 Hz.The UPS system keeps supplying the consumers with a constant fixed frequency. The UPS systems of the NRGTEC L series can also be operated in a generator mode. This means that in the event of distortion or voltage drops the UPS system does not continually switch to battery power, but remains in online mode, supplying the consumers with a sinusoidal output voltage.
