Power from Biogasplants
What can be the input materials for the conversion to power?
--> Renewable raw materials, organic substances and remnants from trade and industry.
Biogas is mainly produced from mixed organic waste:
- commercial kitchens / bakeries
- animals (pics-, cows-, chickenwaste)
- pure agriculture waste
- residues and sewage from the sugar industry, rice husks
- organic portion of municipal waste (waster treatment plants)

Preparing for a biogas plant
By making careful preparations for a biogas plant it is possible to avoid unnecessary costs, ensure rapid construction and guarantee smooth and cost-effective operation of the plant. For this reason we follow the steps outlined below when planning and building a biogas plant.
Operational analysis
To start with we will carry out an analysis of your operation. As a basis for this, we will ask you to provide us with your operating data in a form for an initial analysis. On the basis of this data and together with you, we will develop your individual plant design on site.
Analysis of cost-effectiveness
Using the recorded data and the plant design, we will then draw up a cost-effectiveness analysis specifically for your plant. This may contain economic comparisons of different scenarios (e.g. with and without cofermentation) and will give you an overview of the necessary investments, the anticipated biogas/energy production and the resulting revenue generated by operating the biogas plant.
Planning, authorisation, funding applications
In the third step we will develop the implementation plans for the construction of the plant on your site, compile the necessary authorisation documents and support you in the process of applying for grants and subsidies.
